Payment – How It Works
We want payment to be simple, secure, and transparent for all our customers. That’s why our payment terms vary depending on whether you are a new, returning, or international customer.
New and International Customers
For new customers and customers outside Sweden, advance payment is required. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction for both parties, especially when shipping goods across borders. Payment is made before the goods are shipped.
Established Customers
For our established customers, we offer payment by invoice. Standard terms are 30 days net from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. The invoice is issued when the goods leave our warehouse.
Clear Communication
Regardless of the payment terms, we always inform you of the details when your order is placed. If you have specific requests or questions about payment, you are always welcome to contact us – we strive to be as flexible as possible within our routines.
